Silent Auction

The Second Annual Silent Auction for the YWCA of Bethlehem's Adult Day Services Center will be held at 6:00pm on Thursday, May 20, 2010 at the Banana Factory. Last year's 25th Anniversary Silent Auction was such a huge success, we have decided to make this an annual event.

In 1984, the YWCA of Bethlehem's Adult Day Services Center was created to provide a safe and structured day care program for individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's, Dementia, mental and physical disabilities. For over 25 years, the program has helped hundreds of older adults and their caregivers, enabling them to live with their families in the community for as long as possible.

Proceeds from the Silent Auction will benefit the YWCA of Bethlehem's Adult Day Services Center. Should you require any additional information, please contact Melissa Lee at 610-867-4669.

TGIF (Teaching Girls Is Fun) Golf Classic

The YWCA of Bethlehem will hold the 8th Annual T.G.I.F. Golf Classic on September 10, 2010 at Southmoore Golf Course in Bath. The tournament benefited the LPGA-USGA Girls Golf of Lehigh Valley and Southern Lehigh Valley programs. For over 20 years, the Girls Golf program has helped girls and young women, especially those who are economically or socially disadvantaged, build the confidence and character needed to make positive life choices. The program teaches girls the game of golf through etiquette and skill lessons.
